Bonobo Tracking
Camping and guided direct observation of bonobos, our closest relatives and the only great ape species strictly endemic to the DRC. This is one of the most fascinating experiences in Central Africa, as the Lomako Reserve hosts one of the best-preserved bonobo populations in their natural habitat.
Congo Peafowl Tracking
Camping and nature excursions focused on the ecology and conservation of the Congo Peafowl, an endemic and emblematic species of the Congolese forests and a symbol of national biodiversity. Tours are based on research and ecological monitoring conducted by Artemis Africa scientists. These activities can be combined with bonobo observation.
